Why Biometric is not a good idea as password ?

A bank in Bangladesh is started using finger print as password for their Debit, credit and others. But Biometric is not a good idea as password.We need implant chip instead of Biometric.

Because according to Sebastian:
"If someone "steals" my retina image or my finger print, then I have no chance to "change my password". I can't change my fingerprint. I can change a chip"
