How to completely uninstall software?

It is very often that you don’t like the software that has been installed or found superior alternative. Now it is the only way to uninstall pervious software. Window has an option ADD/REMOVE to uninstall software found control panel. But window can’t completely uninstall the software; it appears that software is uninstalled, but remains some vestige. So you have to use another application . There are many applications are found for completely uninstall software.
